  I am an established Human Resources Leader with a successful track record of developing strategies and processes and managing programs and people to meet organizational objectives while maximizing performance. I am skilled at delivering exceptional service to business stakeholders by building strong relationships with employees across all levels of an organization, from front-line employees to Executive Management. I am an accomplished HR leader with a growth mindset, able to create and implement best practices, lead high-performing teams and increase productivity and efficiency within all levels of the organization.

I received my MBA in 2020 from Capella University specializing in Human Resources Management. I am a re-certified SPHR, as well as a Certified Professional Recruiter. I hold a Six Sigma Blackbelt in HR from the Management and Strategy Institute, as well as a Corporate Training Certification.

When I am not working, I love exploring Alaska and spending time with my husband.
